The Heart of the Home - Limited Edition Splatter Vinyl (Gatefold)
This is undoubtedly the best album I will ever make.
My son (while the test pressing played): 'Mummy, is this Daddy?'
My wife: 'Yes'
My son: 'But it's too amazing to be Daddy'
Presented here on limited edition splatter vinyl (clear base with FOUR accent colours. Four!), in a gatefold sleeve, with cover artwork by my son and a portrait photograph by my good friend Joe Horridge.
The album features appearances from a host of musical friends including The Dawn of MAY, John Simm, Jon Taylor, Jonny Abraham, Rittipo, Barnaby Philpott, and, of course, Benjamin Wall.
It also contains my cover of Joni Mitchell's 'Both Sides Now', which sure went down well on the internet when I decided it was a Christmas song because of the whole Hans Gruber/The Narrator from Stranger than Fiction thing.
There are less than 200 of these available for purchase. I think it's likely they will sell out fairly quickly, and any re-pressings (that is, if there are any re-pressings...) will NOT be on the beautiful multi-coloured vinyl. That's a one time thing. Don't miss out!
